WHAT IS A CREATEATHON?

CreateAthon is a program designed to give students a chance to learn and give back at the same time. CreateAthon culminates in a 24-hour, work-around-the-clock marketing marathon during January 24-26, 2020. During this event, University of Oregon students and local professionals will produce strategic, creative marketing work for selected Eugene/Springfield area nonprofits. Each student team will work with local advertising, design or marketing professionals who will mentor the students’ work, ensuring high-quality and effective materials. The strategic and creative work will be delivered to the clients in late February.

WHAT CREATORS WILL BE WORKING ON:

Campaigns
Websites
Advertisements
And much more...

WHO CAN BECOME A MENTOR?

Any University of Oregon or other college staff, community members, industry professionals and agencies. We just ask that you have an understanding of the Marketing/Advertising industry so that you can best guide creators towards delivering awesome assets.
